ps777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI via InstaPay, BDO via InstaPay, and Metrobank via InstaPay. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. ps777 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform and subject to change without prior notice. ps777 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at its absolute discretion.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ps777 account. ps777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ps777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ps777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any outstanding bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances held in your account at the time of closure for cause will be subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution of any outstanding matter. Balances in accounts closed at your own request, without cause, will be returned to you after standard verification procedures are completed.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ps777 platform shall first be submitted to ps777's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. You agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be the competent courts of the Philippines.
ps777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ps777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ps777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
